More material from Hayley’s photo session on October 17th 2010. Sometimes we feel like sleepwalking through our time on Earth. Sometimes we feel like existing where life used to hold our souls in place. We need to wake up. Smell the rain. Feel the touch of the sun on our skins. These were taken in an untrodden side street. In autumn 2010, a charming and talented young lady found her way to Montreal to gather new experiences. Hayley met me while browsing Craigslist for a computer screen to buy, and stayed in touch for a photo session. This was a sunny Saturday in mid-October. Those blessed fresh days of autumn are fleeting. Here’s a reminder and a fresh set of scenes from stories never written. We didn’t have to walk far to go far with this session. The very streets of Montreal, quelques pas from our place, provided delightful backdrops for our little scenes. This is the red part of it. This is the black and white part of Laura’s photo session from the heart of fall (or the falling heart?) in 2010. Winter is on our doorstep now, but we have these impressions to keep with us, and the beautiful parts of the cold season to look forward to… Whereever they may be. Laura’s photo session.
